  • A trustworthy, professional branch with the kindest staff. This bank has a team of the biggest hearts in Michigan. I really appreciate all this branch has done for me, and I look forward to a future with them.

After paying ATM fees I go inside to get $100 bills for a bunch of twenties. "Are you an account holder?" "We only make change for account holders." It wasn't a jar of pennies! Why don't you post a sign on your door - "ACCOUNT HOLDERS ONLY!" "At one of its general assemblies, Occupy Cincinnati voted to target Fifth Third Bancorp both because it is a locally based regional bank and because it was one of the 17 largest bank bailouts in the country. Fifth Third was also chosen because of its role in illegally attempting to influence local governments and because of the accusation that it had defrauded customers." "About the same time that Ohio-based Fifth Third Bank's stock price was reeling and the bank was asking for a $3.4 billion government bailout, it was handing out cash to current and potential customers in a scratch-off game contest. The bank, with headquarters in Cincinnati, says it sees nothing wrong with awarding about $900,000 in prizes to people who randomly came into branch offices and got the game pieces. The "Unlock Your Dreams" contest ran from Sept. 2 to Nov. 7, and winners, including a Michigan woman who got the $250,000 grand prize, were announced Dec. 22." ACCOUNT HOLDER? No thanks!
